Frequently Asked Questions:

Is there a cost for listing my rental on this website?

Rentals can be listed on this page for free, provided that property ownership can be verified.

Why should I list my rental on this website, rather than on another site like Craigslist?

This website provides potential tenants with a reliable information source for them to view available year-round listings, so that renters don’t have to worry about fake rental listings.

Does the Lower Cape Housing & ADU Resource Center screen potential tenants?

We are unable to screen tenants who may contact the owner about a rental listing. However, we can provide resources, such as landlord trainings, to help you with the process of screening tenants.
